Property is located in a scenic place where it has direct view to valley and tea plantations. Justification for low review score: 1. We had booked deluxe rooms via MMT by looking at the photos they had posted; forget that this is rated as a three star property, their deluxe rooms are not even in par with any normal hotel room. Small area, dark and unventilated bathroom, malfunctioned electric appliances and switches. Bathroom accessories were broken and hanging. 2. We were provided with an option to upgrade to Royal room for which we had to pay extra charge at the spot. It was inevitable for us to choose this. Royal rooms are spacious and have decent amenities. 3. We had requested the team to prepare any one item for breakfast just 10-15mins before regular breakfast time, the previous day of our checkout. They had agreed but next day before checkout when we went there and checked, they said breakfast is not ready, we had to have only tea and checkout. Strong note to management: 1. Please correct your photos uploaded in online booking platforms ASAP. You have mixed all photos to all category of rooms which will mislead guests. 2. Do consider when guests make special requests and if agreed please make sure you fulfil it.

This is a beautiful and peaceful place to unwind. The service was excellent, and the food was equally impressive. You can relax in the garden, take a scenic walk up the hill, or enjoy some indoor games. Highly recommended for anyone looking to spend a calm and refreshing weekend at a lovely resort.

We had a great time.... Fantastic resort for Family... amidst of Tea estate, calm and pleasant. Food was good, staff were kind and supportive. Overall, we had a memorable stay at Green Nest Resort. Include more authentic nativity based food in the menu... Best wishes to all the staffs.... Service: 5
