Right after seeing Sanghamitra Kali Bari, come here for a meal. Carpe diem – the Indian cuisine waits for you. Musicians play live music in the evening. If you look through the guests' comments, the staff is friendly at this restaurant. The spectacular atmosphere makes a positive impression on people. Green Leaf – A Scenic Dining Experience in Ghodbunder, Thane Location: Ghodbunder, Thane Green Leaf had been on our list for a long time, and we finally got the chance to visit. This place is massive, offering ample parking space and an ambiance that truly stands out. The setting is mesmerizing, with water features and three levels of private domes, creating a serene and intimate dining experience. Ambiance & Experience (5/5) The restaurant's atmosphere is one of the most beautiful we’ve visited, perfect for special occasions. We were lucky to get a spot after a short wait. A live musical evening made the experience even more delightful. Food Experience Starters Chicken Angara Kabab: Super juicy, with a perfectly charred exterior. Paired with green mint chutney, it was a flavorful delight! Main Course Grilled Chicken Breast with Mushroom Sauce: A major disappointment. The chicken breast was too hard, the mashed potatoes lacked creaminess, and the stir-fried veggies were just average. Chicken Triple Rice: This was a saving grace—simple yet delicious! The perfectly cooked rice and chicken pieces, along with Manchurian gravy, made for a great combo. Final Thoughts While the food had its ups and downs, the ambiance alone makes Green Leaf a must-visit. It's slightly expensive and located far from the city center, but if you're looking to celebrate a special occasion in a breathtaking setting, it’s worth the trip. It is one of the most beautiful restaurants in Thane. The ambiance is very good. They have various kinds of seating arrangements. Parking facility available. If you are travelling from Thane station it is a little bit far. Food is delicious. You can enjoy your special day here. I really enjoyed it.
