We ordered the chicken Mandi, and both were incredibly flavorful, tender, and perfectly cooked. The rice was aromatic and seasoned just right, with generous portions that are great for sharing. The meat practically fell off the bone! The service was prompt and friendly, and the traditional seating added a unique and comfortable touch to the whole experience. Their sauces and side salads were fresh and complemented the main dishes really well. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

Although I wouldn’t call myself a foodie, my family and I are big fans of grilled items, and Empire Family Restaurant has been our go-to choice for quite some time. While we’re not frequent dine-in customers, we order from them at least 3-4 times a month, either through takeout or home delivery. One thing I must highlight is how much their home delivery service has improved recently, making the entire process smoother and more convenient. The quality of their grilled dishes is consistently excellent, which keeps us coming back for more. However, I have noticed an issue with their porottas lately. I personally love their porottas, but they’ve become overly oily/greasy in recent times. Despite raising this concern a couple of times, the situation hasn’t improved. Unfortunately, during our last order, we still received porottas that were far too oily, which was disappointing. I kindly request the management to look into this matter seriously and address it as soon as possible. It’s quite inconvenient to buy porottas from another restaurant when we’re already ordering grilled items from Empire. That said, Empire Family Restaurant remains a favorite for our family’s grilled food cravings. With a small fix in the porotta quality, they’ll continue to be our top choice.
