I booked the rock Cabin Valley View room, and it was very clean. The valley view was stunning. I chose GRT mainly for the quality of its food, and it did not disappoint. The resort is only 6 km away from Kodaikanal Lake. Please note that the last 1 km of the road leading to the hotel is a bit rough — but nothing major. I would recommend giving it a try.

We had a great stay. The location is perfect and the hospitality was very good. Bala took care of our stay and accommodated all our needs. The restaurant also has a good food options.
