Payment is done on 8:34 PM.. order chocolate waffle for anniversary celebration but order received 9:27 almost an hour.. waffle is not hot anymore and anniversary celebration wasted.. so disappointed..

Your waffles are good, but today I visited your Vastrapur branch and ordered "Hot Chocolate", it was TERRIBLE and one of the worst "hot chocolate", my whole mood was ruined. When I pay 160 rupees, I expect thick melted actual chocolate but I got some powder mixed with milk and water. It was as thin as it could be, like around 30 rupees thing in a fancy cup, when I told the worker that it's terrible, he told that the recipe is such. I would really recommend everyone to not waste money on their hot chocolate, even bournvita tastes better, and "Great Britain Waffle" you really need to work on your so called "hot chocolate" recipe.
