The service and food were disappointing; specifically, the chappathi was undercooked, and despite informing them, the staff refused to acknowledge the issue. Considering their high price of ₹60 per porotta, the customer service was quite poor. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2 Meal type: Lunch

Low quality food nd not good taste along with that restaurant have lost of mosquitoes and cockrochs u will get unhealthy foods, plz don't go that bill counter person also behave like chappar lofer lavde and find a good hotel opposite only sangitha which is best of best one hotel. Terrible Experience – Avoid This Place! I recently visited Greams Cafe Hotel and had a very disappointing experience. I ordered Gobi Rice, Mushroom Rice, and Paneer Noodles, and all of them were horrible. The fried rice tasted awful—bland, lacking flavor, and nothing like what you would expect. On top of the bad food, the billing counter staff was extremely rude. The person handling the bill had no manners and didn't know how to behave with customers. Instead of addressing concerns politely, he was dismissive and unprofessional. Overall, poor service, terrible food, and rude staff. I do not recommend this place at all. Waste of money!
