A very remarkable Goa dinner experience for us. The place was super quiet, felt like dining in the middle of the jungle, which was a welcoming change of pace, compared to the busy streets of Candolim. The service was also great, kind and welcoming owner and on top of that, a cute and well mannered dog. The food was extraordinarily good. I wasn't sure if I should go for the Pad Thai, as it felt wrong at first to order it in India. However, I was hoping to get a unique Pad Thai version at this place and wasn't disappointed, very delicious and definitely with a distinct taste. Highly recommended! To start, we indulged in their homemade Kombucha, which boasted a refreshing flavor profile that left a pleasant tang on the palate. The "Bees Knees" beverage was a true standout, blending pineapple, basil, spinach, and lime into a harmonious concoction that was both invigorating and delicious. For breakfast, we savored the Mediterranean wrap, featuring a millet wrap generously filled with olives, hummus, and mixed veggies. Each bite burst with flavor, leaving us thoroughly satisfied. The Falafel salad was equally impressive, with beetroot carrot falafels paired perfectly with tahini, pumpkin hummus, and raw bread for a nutritious and satisfying meal. While the prices are not the most budget-friendly, the quality of the food and the serene atmosphere more than justifies the cost. Gratitude Cafe is a haven for vegans and food enthusiasts alike, and I wholeheartedly recommend it for a fulfilling dining experience.
