Extremely poor value for money! I’ve eaten at Michelin star restaurants and some very fancy places (like Indian Accent in Delhi), and here is what Grasshopper needs to do:1. Improve portion sizes - two tiny slivers of chicken, one small scoop of ice cream, two prawns. Really? If you cannot quench your guest’s hunger then you have no right to exist, at whatever price. That’s a basic attribute for any restaurant 2. Improve quality and create wow - the food taste was ‘meh’ at best. Nothing popped. Nothing created a wow moment. And if you’re charging half a liver and a kidney for a meal, you need to ensure that there are at least a few dishes which guests remember and want to come back to. And a lettuce starfruit salad or tomato burrata pesto salad are not that! 3. Pricing - for what we ate (the 7 course meal), the acceptable price would be Rs. 3,000 per person, not Rs. 4,000. Subject to portion size and quality being improved. Beer at Rs. 550-600 is also daylight robbery - you literally just need to pop the top here! Unfortunately, this is the most expensive yet average quality meal I have ever eaten4. Service - each course took exceptionally long to arrive. Many dishes reached the table colder than we’d have liked. Glasses were not refilled with water, even though there were just 11 guests. Waiters started putting out the candles even as we were there. I did not receive callbacks for my reservation requests despite calling twice, and finally had to speak with the owner Sonali to make the booking. Not the hallmarks of a restaurant that aspires to be in the league of fine dining outfitsOverall, the ambience was very good, although some of the charm is lost due to urban creep and surrounding high-rises. In summary, I wouldn’t go back unless some serious experience and price re-engineering is effected!

Visited there on a special occasion, initially I was skeptical as it's expensive and google has mixed reviews but after going there it was worth every penny. One of the best romantic and candle light dinner in it's true sense. Service was at it's best and they were very polite. Explained every food precisely and were humble. Thanks for making the day even more special. We also got complimentary cake for the occasion with apt level of sweetness in it. Price per person: ₹2,000+ Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian offerings: Vegetarian menu or section Vegetarian options: They also ask for our preference if any which felt good as their attention to detailing of the customers. Dietary restrictions: We can customise depending on if we have any food restrictions.

We absolutely loved the food! We had taken 1 of the veg 7 course meals and 1 of the non veg 7 course meals. Each of the courses was exquisite. I wasn’t a big fan of the soup but my husband loved it. So, i guess it’s individual choices. He found one of his main courses a but underwhelming (lamb) but I’m sure it was just that it didn’t suit our palette. The service was super nice and quick as well. We went there for our anniversary and they even offered a dessert plate for us! Most importantly, they called us before to enquire about our dietary requirement and allergies which made their service top notch!
