Had a fine in with family last evening. Most horrific incident as one of us received a sharp metal piece in the veg sandwich and got hurt in the gums. When looked it was half of the metal ring inside a mixer. They then took the piece of metal apparently to investigate and did not return the piece. I was able to push them to show me the photo they had taken but they were prompt to throw the piece away. Mr. Divesh (Asst Manager), Mr. Jahangir (Chef) were the people interacting with us. They did try to pacify us by saying don’t pay the bill, but we insisted and after a long wait of 25-30 min we finally got the invoice and paid in full through Swiggy dine out. In the end Mr. Salim came to mention again who I had not spoken till that time. He mentioned he was some corporate person from Grandmama - Don’t know. On top of it 2/4 people have stomach issues today. So really disappointed and NEVER EVER going back to these high rated arrogant places who have become complacent about their quality. --- post Reply - Do share your findings as the team at your restaurant was prompt to throw the piece - although we figured out that it was a piece of the mixer/grinder and showed to the chef on another mixer.
