The only thing that disappoints when you visit this restaurant is the disorganized staff. A number of guests suppose that the service is prompt. But Grand samrat has been rated below average by Google.

Worst service by hotel. Worst behavior from owner also supporting their staff. Bad smell in complete room. Completely filled by mosquitos. No proper sleep Complete night.Don't stay in this hotel for stay. Pls requesting to not take this hotel for stay either u will also suffer like us. And cost also high not giving minimum facilities. Dont fall into the trap of rating on the website and also dont fall pray to the model rooms shown before booking as they do not suit the actual alloted, worst condition of rooms, spat marks can be seen in pics uploaded, white bed sheets turned black, soot on the walls every where, it appeared that bathroom was washed after about aeons that too on my demand. Service: 1

Rooms are in worst condition, spat marks on every corner and walls, stinky smell, dirty bathroom which appears to be cleaned after about 6 months, washed only on my demand, white bed sheets turned black, please do not waste money. Im not uploading pics because of non availability of facility to upload. But, if anyone wants photos please ping me on my mail. Service: 1
