The food and services at The Grand Terrace Cafe are extremely poor. Just yesterday, we found an insect in our noodles, which made my friend seriously ill. He started vomiting right there. After that, none of us touched the food. They neither fully compensated us nor did any staff member or the manager even bother to say a simple sorry. This is how they behave. I didn’t say anything at that moment because my friend was feeling very unwell, so we just left. But the service and staff at this cafe are absolutely terrible. Just decorating the interior doesn't make a cafe good. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. There are much better options in Kotdwara with friendlier, more cooperative, and attentive staff.
