Guna, Abinaya, Zubair Ahamad were splendid, they took care of our 2 toddlers. They provided dal khichdi with ghee at anytime my kids were hungry even odd hours. Room service came to clean their feeding bottles whenever we were in need. I will definitely recommend this resort to anyone who is looking forward for an exceptional service and ambience. Comming to room it's definitely much more than the price they charge, it's beautiful the breakfast is awesome!!! Last! This will be my place whenever I come visit Pondi

A so bad service in the hotel where a day charges are for 2500 inclusive of taxes and for an early check in its additional 3360 which is purely an unprofessional behaviour. Mohit, an front office executive was trying to communicate this so arrogantly,though it’s a group check in and we’ve a check in of set of rooms but they’re unable to adjust a single room for early check in. Really a bad policy and service,guys please avoid opting for this property. A big no. A bad choice. Service: 1

Pothys Retai Workshop - 2019 - Wonderful ExperienceWe had our Pothys Retail Workshop - 2019 at Grand Serenaa Hotel & Resorts on 19-Dec-2019, We had a wonderful experience for the whole day (9:00 AM to 8:00 PM).First I would like to thank the General Manager for accepting our proposal. He gave us suggestion to make the event unforgettable.The Chef has brought soul to the recipe. The F&B team has given us a Royal Service.Mr Pandi & Mr.Praba has helped us in all aspects since 7:00 AM to 9:30 PM.We has a timely technical support by Mr.Dhana.I am writing this review because I got appreciations from our GM and Staff (53Nos).
