An amazing and a comfortable stay....all thanks to a wonderful and a very warm and a professional set of team ,right from the front desk to the housekeeping to the restaurant staff ensuring every requirement is met making your stay a memorable one. The cookies from their in house bakery along with the breads and other bakes are too yummy. The breakfast and dinner buffet along with the live counter serves an amazing delicious spread. Lunch is a- la -carte and the portion size is value for money. Definitely recommended. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5

I am honestly dis pointed, with out our words shiva and Rupesh as given smoking room and again telling lies for to cover the mistakes.we paid huge amounts for every section but you guys are given not good service .seriously this is not good to do with customers.we taken note how grand Kakinada by grt hotels treat customers like fools ,central AC water leaking in our room 306 .
