I never received my order. I spoke to the restaurant guys, and they said my details said entry from gate no. 1, and just because that was shut, the guy didn’t bother figuring out another way. There are guards around right opposite gate no. 1, if this person had just bothered finding out I would have had my food. Instead the guy called me a bunch of times which I didn’t hear because my order was late and I assumed he would tint the doorbell since I didn’t mention otherwise in my order, Gate no. 2 which was open, was less than 50 meters to the left from 1, and had your lazy delivery guy bothered finding out, I would have had my food. Anyway, your extremely incompetent manager kept insisting that they couldn’t have rang the doorbell that late at night, and when I pointed out the fact that I have & dogs who would have erupted into barks if someone so much as even cans to my order, he suddenly coughed up the gate no. 1 being shit explanation. So what? Are they not supposed to figure another way? And considering my house was literally there and accessible through another gate, just makes me made because A) I didn’t receive my food when I was bloody hungry; B) In times when we are all trying to be more conscious of our choices, there delivery guy didn’t feel the need to even make the effort of finding my place after coming all the way from Malviya Nagar or wherever else; and C) The fact that the food went to waste (well, I certainly hope not). And the fact that the incompetent manager was far from apologetic, and instead cocky and half their numbers aren’t working, I’m surprised Zomato still has Grammich on as a partner.

There is an option where I can write cooking instructions. It is for a reason. I mentioned no cheese and yet my sandwich has cheese in it. Kindly start reading the cooking instructions as it is for a reason!

I LOVE GRAMMICH! I come here once a week to split a large Salad fruit bowl for . The healthiest, tastiest, cleanest, yummiest breakfast for such a great, cheap, reasonable price! We always try a new bowl every time we come and we have yet to be disappointed. They are very accommodating with substitutions and will also make recommendations if you're not feeling a certain combo. I also always order Non Veg Uncle Sams Fried Rice on the side and it's the tastiest PB in all of the land.
