The overall experience at Grains Udaan Himalayan was good. The variety of food was nice and the taste of the food was also good. The breakfast buffet spread is decent; they have live dosa counter which adds to the overall spread. Ruchita and Pankaj were very attentive to our needs and very pleasant to interact. We had a very comfortable stay at Udaan. Starting from front desk staffs to housekeeping staffs along with the resturant staffs, manager everyone was very polite and humble. They made sure that our stay was pleasant, we got a variety of foods in breakfast lunch & dinner Ritesh & Ruchita were taking care of us properly. All our requests were taken care. The ambience of the restaurant was so soothing. Overall Udaan hotels is the perfect place to stay if you are coming to darjeeling with family or as a couple.
