I had a very disappointing experience at Goyal Palace, Jhalod. The service was extremely poor and unorganized. The staff seemed careless and unprofessional, and basic arrangements were not managed properly. Overall, it did not meet the expectations for a place that claims to host important events. Needs major improvement in service quality .
