Govinda’s Restaurant Juhu is a vegetarian dining spot nestled in the serene surroundings of Hare Krishna Land at Juhu. Despite its seemingly prime location, detailed information about the restaurant is sparse in popular directories, with a minimal presence on Facebook being the exception. Vegetarian cuisine is their specialty, aligning with the spiritual ambiance typical of the area.
The feedback available from visitors points out a less-than-ideal customer service experience, particularly a notable incident involving unaccommodating behavior toward a request for milk for a child—an odd situation for a place situated near spiritual grounds. It's essential for patrons visiting to consider this aspect as the most recent shared experience came from five years ago, with no further updates since then. As for operational hours, they open early at 7:30 AM and serve until late in the evening, ensuring ample time to dine any day of the week.
Overall, while Govinda’s Restaurant Juhu may offer a haven for individuals seeking vegetarian meals in a devotional setup, it may benefit from updates or clarifications from the owners regarding service practices and current operations.
We had visited the restaurant for dinner today. what is really ironical is that in a restaurant located in Lord Krishna's premises, a 2.8 years old child is denied MILK. We carried our own milk for our child, they refused to heat it up. what was the height of the matter is that when we asked them to give milk from the restaurant, the Manager had the gall to tell us that it is boiling and we have to sit and cook it. what restaurant refuses milk for a small child? the cashier was pathetically rude and obnoxious. I will see to it that this feedback is posted on all social media platforms. Disgusting...
