I recently stayed at this hotel, and I was extremely disappointed. The place is highly overrated, and the service was far from what I expected. The lady at the counter was incredibly rude and treated customers poorly, showing a complete lack of respect. It felt like our presence was an inconvenience to her, and any questions we had were met with attitude. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place – there are plenty of better options where you’ll be treated with the respect and hospitality every customer deserves.
