Visited on 17th April 2025 and sharing our Pathetic Experience I went to Goverdhan Family Restaurant for dinner and honestly, it was a complete letdown. There was a long delay in food delivery, absolutely no hygiene maintained, and the service was very poor. The staff, especially the captain, was rude and unresponsive. One clear example – we were served noodles that were clearly fried long back. They had a bad smell and stale taste. When we returned the dish, instead of apologizing, the owner started justifying it. No sense of responsibility or customer service at all. The overall food quality was terrible, and I strongly feel it’s a waste of money dining here. There are far better restaurants nearby in the same price range. Would never recommend this place to anyone.
