We had booked Pizza Hut for our child's bday party of 16 people. We were told that the AC would be chilling cold, but unfortunately in this heat it was a very uncomfortable atmosphere inside. Terrible AC situation and onto of that there were too many mosquitoes. The ACs were leaking , complete lack of maintenance. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1

I ordered the Mexican Fiesta expecting a mix of black olives, green capsicum, jalapenos, etc., but what I got was a pizza overloaded with golden corn and none of the promised toppings. Absolutely ridiculous. To top it off, they gave just two sachets of Italian seasoning for two pizzas, and one of them was leaking from the bottom. Extremely disappointing experience. Poor quality control, deceptive business practices, unprofessional customer service. I'm extremely disappointed with my experience from the Netaji Nagar outlet of Pizza Hut. I ordered three types of pizzas, and to my surprise, all of them had mayonnaise instead of cheese. When I reported the issue to the store, the shift manager's response was appalling. They claimed that mayonnaise is costlier than cheese, so they used it as a substitute. This is a ridiculous excuse, as mayonnaise is commonly used by local shops as a cost-cutting measure. Using mayonnaise as a substitute for cheese without informing customers is deceptive and misleading. This incident shows a clear lack of concern for customer satisfaction and quality. Unless Pizza Hut takes immediate action to address this issue and ensures that menu descriptions are followed, I would not recommend this outlet to anyone.
