A total let down. The baklawa was so hard, even 2 spoons couldn't break. If this is the case, they should provide a knife to break it. Even the delivery through online was a let down as the kunafa was uncooked. I rarely criticize a restaurant, but when you charge a premium, mistakes like these are not preferred.
