“I visited your pani puri stall recently and was very disappointed with the behavior of the person serving. He was quite rude and seemed uninterested in treating customers respectfully. Good customer service is just as important as the food itself, and this kind of attitude really takes away from the experience. I hope you take this feedback seriously and ensure better service in the future.”
