Very bad delivery literally not thought of this the cake was spoiled when delivered and looked very bad and ye kitkat, Oreo toh maine lgaya cake pe ki thoda thek dikhe cake pura apne jagah se gira hua tha box me aur pura kharab hua tha fir maine kaise krke usko thoda sa thek kiya pic me toh fir bhi jaisa dikh rha thek h jab aaya tha tab toh aur bhi bekar pura gira hua tha. mother's day ke liye maine socha mumma ko surprise du cake se aur ye itna bekar nikla ki pura mood kharab kr diya. please don't order from Gorakhpur Baker's very disappointed and ye jo photo me dikhate hai uska opposite dete hai isse pahele bhi maine ek baar pastry mangai thi alag tha and inki quantity bhi bhot kam hoti hai aur price bhot high.very bad I'm never going to order anything from this.

Ma'm delivery is not our part the delivery partner of Zomato they are always come on hurry and they Ride like pro so cake is soft thing and for handle with care but they handle in hurry so . we also deliver the cake personally but since 2020 but we never get complaint of cake dmage or like this there it is more costly then zomato and our customer love the cake and it's test
