Ordered a 1+1 pizza via Swiggy. These guys kept my order for over 40 minutes and then suddenly cancelled stating some technical issue with the order getting picked up by the wrong delivery partner. They think the customer is a fool, every order which gets picked up by a delivery partner is only handed over once an OTP is provided, so the likelihood of the restaurant handing your order to a wrong guy is miniscule. F&B business is not like selling grocery, where you can just make someone wait and then it be acceptable to cancel and simply refund the payment. I've had good experiences with Gopizza in general, but this sadly, was not one. And I won't be returning to this particular branch again, either for dine-in or delivery.
