I would like to begin by giving a shout-out to one of their staff members, Mr Bhawani Singh. This person has been outstanding in terms of courtesy, professionalism and decency whether I'm buying from this restaurant offline or online. In this order too, he ensured that all of the ordered items were delivered crisp and fresh along with the adequate (and not unnecessary) amount of chutney and kadhi.Consequently, all three items - Samosa, Dal Kachori, and Pyaaz Kachori - were served nicely fried without any hurry and they didn't have the raw, undercooked dough-y bits on the inside of the skin which often happens during the rush in the morning.I hope they keep up the good work because recently their preparations have seemed haphazard and hasty resulting in the taste of uncooked or raw maida on the inner side of the pouching layer.

Contrary to my stellar experience with the same items ordered yesterday from Gopinath Namkeen and Sweets, both Samosa and Pyaz Kachori were below par today. Neither of them had been fried carefully and long enough to allow the inner side of the layer (the one in contact with the filling) to be fully cooked. Consequently, while the outside of both items was perfectly crisp and crunchy, the inside had undercooked bits of dough (maida) making it difficult to enjoy them as a whole.Everything else like the packaging, portion size and the accompanying items were absolutely fine. The packaging was sustainable without unnecessary single-use plastics.I hope the restaurant will improve their preparation based on the feedback mentioned above.
