Stale Golgappas. Not impressed with their customer service rep at checkout, their machine not working neither for card or for QR card, should have provided a better solution rather than just staring at my face. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I visited Gopal Restaurant for dinner and had a terrible experience. I found a hair in my chapati, which is completely unacceptable. When I informed the staff, instead of taking responsibility, they casually responded with, “This can happen, sir. It’s not our fault,” and refused to replace the dish. To make matters worse, they still charged me for it. This kind of attitude towards hygiene and customer satisfaction is shocking. The restaurant also lacks proper cleanliness measures, making me question the overall food safety. I would not recommend this place to anyone who values hygiene and good service.
