The delivery agent did not come to the given address to deliver the order. The address is clearly given and there is no garnishing on the rasgullas

I am highly disappointed by their service. Never expected this from Gopal's. Firstly they packed 1kg X 3 instead of 500g X 6. Then I went personally for exchange and I requested them to keep the boxes ready on my arrival as I'm already running late. Called them thrice before reaching there. Still they kept me waiting for 10 minutes. Agr itna time hota toh main pehle hi market jake leke aati, Zomato se order kiya for convenience. Zomato's delivery service was on point but Gopal's let me down. And that too on such important occasion.
