The way of service is to bad and the owner sons seems to been an attitude guy as his family haz told him to sit there by force and he behave like the owmer need respect rather then the customer should get that. Came after many years from US as we buy thier ready to cook packs If this way the work goes on then i think, their well estiblised name would not work Surties are found of food so all the guys in surat are going on. Please improve customer relation as Nokia was also an good brand ? Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Everytime i go to Surat, i make sure i visit gopaal loccho. love the samosas, butter locho, cold cocho are my favs. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
