"I am extremely disappointed with my recent order. Despite paying ₹167 for two Falahari Paranthas, the experience fell far short of expectations. The order arrived late, and the paranthas were in an unacceptable condition. They were cold, hard, and overcooked, with noticeable burnt marks. Furthermore, the paranthas lacked any stuffing or filling, which was a major disappointment. The subpar quality and incorrect preparation of my order are inexcusable. I request a full refund of ₹167 as soon as possible. I hope you take immediate action to address these issues and prevent similar experiences for future customers. A prompt response and resolution would be appreciated
