I’m from Malabar, so I’m quite used to authentic Malabar-style food. I tried the beef and porotta from Good Morning Hotel, Trivandrum. The porotta was really good and I enjoyed the food overall, but personally, I felt the beef could have been better in terms of taste and quality. Maybe it’s just my Malabar taste preference .
