Writing this review in the hope of helping make society a better place. I needed 80 decent-quality crème buns for an event, and since Good Bakery is known as one of the best and most reliable places in Lucknow, it felt like a no-brainer — it had to be Good Bakery or nowhere else. I went to the store, placed the order, and received the delivery the next day, even earlier than expected. Everything seemed perfect… until I opened a box and found a live insect inside the packaging. It was disappointing to realize that there really isn’t a truly reliable place anymore. No matter how much extra you’re willing to pay to avoid compromising on quality, you still can’t be sure that things are prepared in a hygienic environment. I spoke with them — they were very apologetic and offered to replace the bun — but that’s not the point. I do have a video. Service: Delivery Meal type: Other
