Just because for its Quality and variety I have rated it 3.5. I was hungry on that rainy evening and my cousin parceled 3-4 vada pavs while returning back from her office and I just woke up from a Lazy afternoon sleep. I was literally starving then my cousin knocked my door and I was handed a foiled parcel which had a Vada pao, a small packet of Fenugreek or Achar Masala and another small pack of tamarind sauce or chutney. The bun Quality is not the same which you will find in a Jaybhavani's or an other vada pao places. The aloo patty or the Vada's Quality is also really good compared to the Jaybhavani's.

Well another vadapau joint, actually franchise in ahmedabad. Honestly speaking when I tried it for the first time, i kind of like it, specially the spicy dry garlic chutney that they have on the side. Spicy garlic powder is a must try for all of you who loves hot food like myself. i will definitely recommend to anyone who loves vada pao. the only drawback I might have is that the buns are too big. Actually it is a good juicy hamburger bun, but it does not go well with the vada pao, so in short the size of the bun is not in correct proportion with the vadapau itself. Also, the few variations they have from a classic vadapau are little tricky, for an example, to me allu tikki vadapau is not a vadapau at all. It tastes like a allu tikki burger from street side. Overall all nice vadapau, may be on a little dryer side for an ahmedabadi pallets. Still worth giving it a shot. .
