Had a good experience. The ambience of this restaurant was great. Interior was so good. It's giving an elegant English restaurant kind of vibe. Staffe behaviour was also very good. We had tried veg dishes (biriyani, paneer butter masala, Chilly mushroom and fried rice) which were so good. It was my first time at that restaurant and I'm super impressed. One can enjoy sitting near the aquarium and gets pleasant experience. It must be a cool place for kids. There has been a sheer downgraded experience for me this year at Golden spoon, Cuttack. I used to hold the stature with one of the best restaurants in the city but to my surprise , they have gone below the belt to downgrade the service, quality of food, ambience and price points. We ordered ginger mushroom starter alongwith crispy american corn which was a total waste. Neither it stood to its crispiness nor dry starter. They had heavily dipped oil and stale gravy on them. On main course had tandoor roti with chicken peshwani, which really disappointed us because of the stale chicken that we recieved. Photos were not worth capturing. Adding to it the waiter used to push the plates from one side and never bothered to serve or deliver at the right moment. The f&b manager was even rude to take the suggestions and feedback on the same. A total ruin of mood!! One has to search for some soothing delights elsewhere to bring back the mood and pace. We had ice cream at GoCool post these to make things up for the day. This a very good example for any restaurants if they would like to study on tactics used to degrade at an exponential phase. A red flag for any family group or friends who want to visit the same. Be alert !!!!!
