Great room and service but there's a big network issue in that hotel...in my experience airtel works a little bit but jio doesn't at all

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Golden Orchid-The Lodge during a trip to the Darjeeling, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warmth and efficiency by the courteous staff, who swiftly checked me in and made me feel right at home. The location of the hotel couldn't be more convenient, situated right in the heart of the city with easy access to public transportation and within walking distance of many popular attractions. This made it a breeze to explore the city during my downtime. As for the accommodations, The room was spacious, elegantly furnished, and impeccably clean, providing a tranquil retreat . The plush bedding ensured a restful night's sleep, and the modern amenities, including high-speed Wi-Fi. Throughout my stay, the staff (Mr. Paul, the property manager) went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed, from arranging transportation to offering recommendations for local attractions. Their professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction truly set this hotel apart. In conclusion, my experience at the Golden Orchid-The Lodge was nothing short of exceptional. Service: 5
