Review for Golden Lawn Hotel, Chembur - (1 Star) Had one of the worst service experiences today. I went there alone because I was hungry, but clearly, they don’t care about solo customers at all. Waited 15 minutes just for someone to clean the table. After that, no one brought the menu until I asked three times. First a waiter came and just wiped the tablecloth. Then another one dropped the menu and disappeared. I kept waiting for someone to take my order, but guess what? No one came. I sat there for more than 30 minutes watching the staff run around attending only to bigger groups while completely ignoring me. Absolutely pathetic and disappointing. If you’re going there alone, don’t bother. This place clearly doesn’t value all customers equally. Golden Lawn in Chembur – great at ignoring people, not so great at hospitality.
