1. Food Quality – The food was not hygienic, and some items were overcooked (like burnt pooris). 2. Service Issues – The staff was unprofessional and unhelpful. 3. Facilities – The AC was not working in peak summer, and only fans were running, making it uncomfortable. 4. Management Response – The manager and owner refused to acknowledge their mistakes and did not offer any solution. 5. Unfortunately, my visit to golden bistro was a letdown. Manager was unprofessional and arrogant.The customer service was rude and unwelcoming, which set a negative tone for the entire experience. To make matters worse, the food was subpar and overpriced. For the quality and quantity, I expected much better value for my money.
