Disappointed service : There was a worst experience we had it in Golcondas chef at MS food court on 13- Jul-2025. We went for family lunch to Golcondas chef restaurant at MS food Street, Chennai. We placed the order of briyani and some starters, the worst part is we have found cockroach in briyani. While eating my daughter has noticed and showed to me we were shocked and informed to the concern person. I would to like highlight and advice to Golcondas chef be causes while preparing food and inspect before serve to anyone, because children also having food on the same restaurant. Golcondas chef restaurant responsible person kindly supervise what going on. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Food: 1

Ordered chicken tikka Briyani , when i opened it doesn’t have any gravy or raitha for 350Rs Briyani. Now come to main dish , rice is overcooked and the chicken pieces are very hard like it’s a old frozen meat . I kept all the pieces and only had rice .. totally not worth for 350rs.. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
