I had an extremely unpleasant experience at Gola Sizzlers, Pacific Mall, Tagore Garden yesterday evening while dining with two friends. Two heavily intoxicated individuals were shouting, misbehaving, and creating a constant disturbance. Despite repeated disruptions, the management failed to take any action. When we requested a change of seating to avoid the nuisance, the manager refused, showing a complete lack of concern for customer comfort and safety. What was even more shocking was that, instead of intervening or asking the drunk individuals to leave, the staff continued serving them more alcohol — clearly encouraging irresponsible behavior. We ultimately decided to leave our meal unfinished and exit the premises as the environment became intolerable. Gola Sizzlers at Pacific Mall is clearly an unsafe and poorly managed establishment, utterly unfit for families or anyone seeking a respectable dining experience. I strongly advise avoiding this place if you value your time, money, and peace of mind. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
