Today was my worst experience at GOLA Sizzlers. The seating arrangement was terrible and uncomfortable. The sizzlers had no taste whatsoever – completely disappointing. To make it worse, the bill was overcharged with hidden costs and unnecessary "gratuity charges" forced upon us like beggars asking for tips. The floor manager, Naman, and the bread service staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. This place is a complete letdown – strongly NOT recommended to anyone.
