One of the worst experience ever of dining out. Untrained staff and no proper communication between kitchen and management. We asked for their suggestion about what is the best cuisine in vegetarian, they suggested and then after 20 mins came back saying it is not available. No regard for customer's time and their own quality. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Visited Gola Sizzlers at Lulu Mall, Lucknow, and while the experience was overall pleasant, it left a bit more to be desired. The food was good – flavourful enough to enjoy, but nothing that stood out as exceptional or unique. Portion sizes were generous, which definitely adds value for money. However, the taste leaned towards being very generalized – not bad, just not particularly memorable. Service was decent but again, quite ordinary. The staff was courteous, but there wasn’t anything that elevated the dining experience beyond the usual. If you’re looking for a hearty meal in a comfortable setting, Gola Sizzlers won’t disappoint. I recently dined here and had an incredible experience! Their sizzlers were absolutely mouth-watering and cooked to perfection. The portion sizes were generous, and the prices were very reasonable. The service was top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff who ensured our glasses were always full and our plates were never empty.
