Upon arrival, the AC was off and no one bothered to turn it on for the customers until we asked.We ordered honey chilli potatoes, but what we got were just old, over-fried fries—hard as rocks. There were no vegetables, no honey, and no chilli.Even after informing the waiter, he showed no concern. I returned the entire plate, but still had to pay for that rubbish.

We visited Gola Sizzlers and were initially impressed with the ambience, food, and service. Everything was going well, and we were set to leave a 4-star review—until we had a issue with their tomato ketchup. My child always enjoys his pizza with tomato ketchup, but for the first time, he refused to have it, saying it didn’t taste right. We assumed he wasn’t enjoying the pizza, but moments later, he vomited. We checked the Heinz tomato ketchup bottle and were surprised to see to find that the expiry date was rubbed off. When we asked the service staff, they casually mentioned that the date might have faded due to frequent use and offered to check another bottle. However, upon checking 8 different bottles, we found the expiry date missing on all of them. It is hard to believe that this happened naturally. When we asked whether the bottles were being refilled, the staff assured us they were all fresh. This raises serious concerns about whether expired tomato ketchup is being used and if the dates were deliberately removed. I urge the management to take this matter seriously. This is not just about taste but a potential food safety hazard. Unfortunately, this experience has completely changed my perception of the place, and I cannot recommend it until this issue is properly addressed.
