Stopped at Gokul Hotel near IndusInd Bank, Borivali as a traveller in urgent need to use the washroom. Out of respect, I even purchased a water bottle, knowing that many places expect a purchase before offering facilities. Even after that, the owner refused — not with words, but with a cold, dismissive look that said it all. No empathy, no concern, no willingness to help someone in need. For a hotel that exists in the hospitality industry, the complete lack of basic human decency was unbelievable. Sometimes it’s not what people say — it’s the way they choose to not care, and that’s exactly what happened here. If you’re looking for a place with warmth, kindness, or any sense of hospitality, this is NOT it. Shameful attitude. Would never return. Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Had Paneer Kolhapuri gravy and it tasted great. Aloo paratha tasted nice too. Lassi was fine. Meal type: Dinner Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

We had ordered Regular Pav bhaji and Half jain pav bhaji both are fresh, tasty, quick service and qty also good. We enjoyed Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹1–200 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Vegetarian offerings: Menu is all vegetarian
