The chicken was raw and undercooked. Plain roti was given instead of Tandoori roti. I am vilified and the whole food had to be thrown away without even being able to eat at all. I need proper resolution of this matter at the earliest

The packing of goila butter chicken was not done properly due to which it spilled into the carry bag. Additionally, the mint chutney also spilled into the carry bag
