Ordered for nasi gorang - no chicken satay was given No accompanitiment were given .. (peanut butter sauce ) I have dto ask the capt for the chicken satay.. to which he casually replied - we don't give ... Had come prior when chicken satay was served. With Nasi Gorang ... Called for the chef - to which again the capt replied very casually he is busy .. he will come latter .. This really ticked me offf ... When u guys can charge full oney. And ur cutting out on the main ingredient - why do u charge me .. u also cut out on ur pricing . The owners - Narcinva Purxotoma Quenim, Ramnath Vaman Quenim, Rukma Narcinva Quenim, and Amita Quenim pls take this seriously... U have been running this for ages .. pls don't cut corners .. Had a word with the chef.. he said instead of. The chicken satay .. they give tomato cucumber .. An arrogant “Try coming tomorrow” is what an attendant at the desk told me because all the tables were reserved. No wait times just a rude statement and then complete ignorance. Place might have awesome food but the staff attitude was a deal breaker for me. Meal type: Dinner Service: 1

Visited Goenchin with high expectations but left extremely disappointed. The AC clearly wasn’t working, yet the staff gave contradictory responses—one waiter insisted it was functioning while others admitted it was not, which added to the confusion. The lighting was very dim, making the ambiance uncomfortable. The food was below average; the prawns were bland and poorly seasoned. We waited over an hour for a simple fried rice, which is unacceptable. Overall, service was slow, uncoordinated, and lacked professionalism, making the entire dining experience frustrating.
