Their tagline is “Chat like never before,” and honestly, that’s somewhat true because it didn’t feel like chat at all. It was just plain crisps meant to be dipped in salty water and eaten. It lacked the depth and complexity of flavors you expect from good chat; it was just one-dimensional. On the positive side, the service was quick, the presentation was good, and I appreciate their attempt to modernize this intricate dish.
