The best pav bhaji is not in Mumbai, it's in Bengaluru, outside Decathlon Hennur. Pav Bhaji Man is to die for. It's so delicious and all the ingredients are top notch!! Must Have!! And yes, I have lived in Mumbai. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
