Extremely Disappointing Buffet ExperienceThis was by far the worst buffet experience I've had in Hyderabad. The restaurant was unbearably hot, the air conditioning was either not working or functioning so poorly that we were sweating throughout our entire time there. Despite complaining multiple times, there was no improvement in the temperature.We could barely eat anything because of how uncomfortable it was. I only managed to try a few starters, out of which only two were decent, and the rest were either average or lacked flavor entirely. We also tried a few main course items, but none of them stood out. The heat made it impossible to enjoy any part of the meal.We had our 2-year-old with us, and naturally, he became cranky in such an uncomfortable environment, any child would. The staff repeatedly told us that the issue was due to a building power problem. Frankly, that’s not the customer’s concern, what matters is the overall dining experience, which was severely lacking.Even the live counters went unnoticed, as we had no appetite left after sweating so much. Other tables around us were also visibly uncomfortable and complaining about the same issue. The ACs seemed to be running on fan mode with minimal air flow and no cooling whatsoever.Overall, it was a terrible experience, and we’ll definitely not be returning. A restaurant should prioritize basic comfort, without that, even the best food would go to waste.
