veg treasure soup was not delivered I have to follow up with the Zomato for the refund and they did it.please check before delivering any food.food was not sealed .you are charging so much money you should deliver food in a sealed way.
prawn was not fresh and chicken quantity very less ,veg pulao there was hardly any vegetables and veg was burnt .
The arrangements were on point for a gathering of around 30 people. Special thanks to the F&B Manager, Mrs. Dharitri Dash ????
It has a relatively small space with a capacity of around 40. It also serves alcohol which is a plus.
We decided to try out continental. Chicken grilled in wine sauce, veg sizzler, noodles with mushroom in oyster sauce.
Chicken in red wine sauce : The rosemary flavor was subtle. Chicken was cooked perfectly. It was juicy. The sauce could have been better yet it complemented the chicken. Being able to try this out in bbsr is certainly a good sign in terms of opening up to various preparation of different cuisines.
Accompanying the chicken , there was a small portion of butter rice and some vegetable sides. A notable absentee from that plate was buttery mashed potato. It would have elevated the mood if that was there.
Mushroom in oyster sauce : Broccoli, red & yellow bell peppers, cauliflower,beans and fried mushroom in an oyster sauce was masterly prepared. Even if the mushrooms were inconsistent in size as well as the batter coating, it was good enough.
Veg Sizzler : A veg patty topped up with a sweet sauce with vegetable sides and butter rice. It was decent enough and well done.
Noodles was average.
A very good place to hang with friends as well as with family. Thumbs up .
