Date of Visit: 18 July 2024 Occasion: Wedding Day Guests: 75 Event: Breakfast, Lunch, and Wedding Function I booked Glass Houz for my wedding day, expecting the high level of service promised during the initial booking. However, the reality on the day of the event was far from satisfactory. The service was extremely poor, starting with slow and inefficient snack service. Guests were left waiting for 30 to 40 minutes for a single snack, which left many of them visibly upset. Despite informing the manager, Dilsher Singh, about these issues, the situation did not improve. The service remained sluggish, and the air conditioning was inadequate, leaving the hall uncomfortably hot and causing guests to sweat excessively. This added to the overall discomfort and disappointment of the day. To make matters worse, the manager’s wife, who was also present at the venue, was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of addressing our concerns, she responded with shouting and displayed a lack of basic hospitality skills. This further aggravated an already stressful situation. Additionally, several items that were booked in advance were not served, compounding the poor experience. Overall, this was the worst experience of my life, and I would not recommend Glass Houz for any event or party. The combination of poor service, inadequate facilities, and unprofessional behavior from the staff made my special day a disappointing and frustrating experience.
