Tried mutton mandi and chicken grill here at Pragathinagar. Sadly, it was a very bad experience. The mutton was chewy and lacked flavor, and the chicken was dry and overcooked. Even the rice didn’t taste fresh. Very poor customer service and an arrogant attitude. Definitely not recommended. We visited Gismat Mandi for the first time and asked the staff for suggestions. They recommended the fish and chicken juicy mandi. The food was very disappointing — the fish didn’t taste fresh, and the rice was undercooked. We complained, but the staff didn’t care at all and were extremely rude. Very arrogant behavior and zero customer service. The dishes are quite costly, and the quality doesn’t match the price. Honestly, it feels like all the five-star reviews are fake because our experience was nowhere close to what those reviews say. Definitely not worth the hype or the money. We will not be returning. Worst place to eat mandi. I've never saw anyone not giving soup before mandi and they gave a lunch plate for single person with no mayonnaise and they gave raitha.still not able to eat . Rice and chicken are tasteless. Road side fast food is better than this service.chicken is getting uncooked taste.waste of money.came for first time but it made me regret.
